Good for homebrewing

I got this only for the use of homebrewing. I have a 15.5 keggle and it sits on top perfectly. The assembly is my only complaint. The directions weren't very clear but being a man, I figured it out.

Great for Stir Fry, home brewing, etc

Works as stated, cooks hot. It could use a more dispersed burner though as when your home brewing you can scorch a 6 inch ring on the bottom of your pot if your not careful. I used it to make stir fry out back and THIS is how you stir fry. Most Asian restaurants have super high output burners for stir fry, this will recreate that no problem, just smoke a little sesame oil in the pan seconds before you start adding in your stir fry stuff. It will boil 7 gallons of water pretty quickly, I would say 30 minutes maybe. I imagine deep frying would also rock.I would purchase again, sounds like a dragon breathing fire... it awesome.

Works great. Used for melting lead and lead products outdoors for making fishing lures and such. Would recommend to anyone for the same purpose. Recommend
